At long last we have been reunited with our personal belongings and i really must take this opportunity to thank everybody at PSS and Kent's, your partners here in Perth, for the attention to detail from start to finish.

From our first enquiry with your company at the emigrate show, you were the only company from a myriad of representatives offering advice and services that took the time and trouble to deal with our prime concern that the fabled collection of faberge goose eggs would be able to accompany us to the other side of the world, and that all of the necessary documentation would be in order to meet all customs and quarantine clearances, you even arranged for us to be present to handle the eggs during the inspection. Incidentally, two of your competitors said no immediatley, one said we can try but you'll have to sign a disclaimer that releases us from any responsibility, one even told us that they could send them but if customs found them they would be crushed!! PSS did nothing more however than to carry out all of the enquiries with AQIS and reassure us of their acceptance into Australia. The method of instruction for packing also was fantastic, every single one arrived in pristine condition.

Emigration is without doubt one of the most emotional roller coaster rides that I have ever had to endure and of course watching our belongings being wrapped and packed was the final piece of the jigsaw. However the team of packers that came to our home  were professional, courteous, polite and most of all extremely receptive to our own personal emotions as we prepared for our emigration to Australia. They kept our spirits high with friendly yet respectful banter and afforded us their sincerest attention at all times, thank you guy's most sincerely.

My thanks also to the rest of the team at PSS especially David Dishart who has the patience of a saint, my endless questions and concerns were dealt with in a highly professional manner. Sue as a Director of the company you should be extremely proud that your team represents your company in the manner in which they do. PSS is a credit to the accreditations and awards that it has worked so hard to achieve and i have no hesitation in recommending PSS to anybody who is looking for the total solution to a stress free international move.

We felt we must write to express our deep gratitude to the two Andy's and Chris who moved us this week.

From the moment they arrived we felt that a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders. They were at all times friendly and professional. Their demeanor helped us cope with the huge stress we were under.

I just thought that today, on the day our container sails for Australia that I would drop you a line to thank you sincerely for your help with our move.

Nigel Millington came last Wednesday completing the estimate.He was professional and extremely experienced being able to answer a whole host of questions whilst simultaneously doing a thorough and specific estimate.

Two days later the removal guys arrived followed by the container. They packed the container efficiently and professionally- 106 items in around 5 hours (We'd have been looking at 5 weeks to do a similar job!).

Please pass on our sincere thanks to the guys involved and please be assured that I will make sure that your services are recommended to anyone who I know who will be making the move down under.

When parting with a large sum of money there is always a concern that you will not receive what has been promised or that what you do receive is sub standard or worse still, unfit for purpose, leaving the customer out of pocket or facing additional expenditure to put right what should have been delivered under the contract. When you couple these concerns with the delivery of your personal effects the selection of a reliable company is obviously of paramount importance.
 
We would both like to congratulate PSS on what was an absolutely first rate service. From the moment we elected to put our move in your hands to the delivery of our goods at our overseas residence "you did exactly what it said on the tin" to paraphrase a well known advertisement on T.V.
 
Your UK packing and removal team were punctual, courteous, cheerful and a real credit to your organisation. The service at the overseas destination was also of an exemplary standard and although it's difficult to single out any one part of the service above another we would like to thank your overseas agents for going the extra mile.
 
Having arrived in country we discovered that there was a bank holiday during our stay and as we were only in country for a week this could clearly have caused us major problems given the time required to clear customs and arrange delivery. Your agents were absolutely fantastic. They took us to all the necessary government departments, completed all the paperwork, rearranged their delivery schedule and delivered our goods all in three days. Outstanding!
 
We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your service to friends and relatives alike.
