"I just wanted to let PSS know that my suitcase and carton were picked up this morning by a very friendly and lovely driver. I am currently filling out the form now including the address details of where it is going to. I will scan and email this over shortly.
I will want some level of insurance as well so once you have received the form please can you let me know how much the total cost will be and I will pay that. I have been quoted £120 already but am assuming it will be another 5% of the cost quoted for insurance.
