Just wanted to write a brief note to say thank you very much to your staff Alan and Jim who did such a fantastic job packing up our household into a 40 foot hi cube the start of this week. The work they did was truly amazing, barely stopping from their time of arrival until the container finally left just after three yesterday.

We would wholeheartedly recommend PSS for their service which has been superb throughout. Richard, who came to provide the estimate, did a great job, explaining the company and what to take....everything. The staff who arranged the removal times, those who delivered our boxes. Nothing has been too much trouble. Then to cap it all we had Alan and Jim who made fast and efficient work of the pack and load of the container. They worked like trojans and kept a sense of humour, which in our house is a must! They also gave us excellent advice on what had to be left versus what could travel, and occasionally if something needed a bit more cleaning to pass MAF inspections.

Looking forward to tracking our container as it makes it way across the world. We'll let you know how it goes at the other end.

Just to let you know we moved house on Friday 1st October and Kents arrived bang on time at the agreed 12 noon. The two guys were as professional and helpful as the PSS crew and had us all sorted within about 3 hours. Everything arrived with only one tiny breakage of an ornament but that was already cracked before we left the UK so were were extremely impressed!

Kents were brilliant in keeping us advised of where things were up to and we went down to their depot in Canning Vale to pay invoices.

We have settled in really well in Oz and things are going better than we could have ever expected and once again we want to thank PSS, Kents and all the people involved in making our move over so stress free.

We would highly recommend your company to anyone.

I've been given your name as I wanted to pass on some feedback directly regarding the services of PSS and some of your staff.

We decided to move to Toronto and agreed to use your company to move our furniture. The move was completed in two parts, the bulk of the move was completed in November, and the final part last week. As we all know moving is stressful at the best of times when just heading down the road, moving internationally does add a certain level of additional stress.

We can't say 'thank you' enough for the stunning service that we've received from your team. They were simply fantastic, so helpful and really went above and beyond anything we expected from them. Everyone we contacted and worked with have been truly professional.

In particular we'd like to say a special 'thank you' to Chris, Danchy and John who worked tirelessly to pack our furniture on time, and with such care. We feel very fortunate to have had Chris and Danchy come back for the second part of the move, again completed without any issue or problem. Nothing asked was too much trouble, and always carried out with a smile.

Your teams back in the office have also been great - sadly we do not know the names of all those that we spoke with, however we would also like to pass on our thanks to Brendon who has had to put up with multiple calls and daft questions - again, handled extremely pleasantly and professionally, with any outstanding matters always followed up quickly.

We remain very impressed with your company, and should we end up moving internationally once again, we will be thinking of PSS without hesitation.
