This is the second time I've used the service to ship from Australia to the UK and although happy not to be doing it again - I'd definitely use them again if I did! I'll definitely be recommending their service to anyone else looking to ship from country to country.

Professional, friendly and efficient, this company really knows their business well. They are on time, responsive and just incredibly efficient overall, not to mention patient with me because it is my first time dealing with international movers. They delivered boxes, they sent packing material and tape too! They then picked them up from my residence, sent me windows which this would occur, sent detailed instructions for each step. They deliver door to door which is amazing. I really highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move anywhere. I have already recommended them to friends for moving abroad. From the initial phone call, to enquire about quotes and packing and collection etc, to the moment the 2 men (who came to do the work the next day!) packed all the stuff into a van took less than 24 hours and they were ALL honest, kind, speedy and super professional. I couldn't believe how simple and easy it all was for such a good price!

We have just had our belongings collected by PSS and up until this point our interactions both telephonical and in person have been wonderful, extremely helpful, accomodating and we cannot complain about anything. We have moved internationally 3 times and so far this is the best experience we have ever had.

Initial communication was very good and the removers and packers arrived on schedule. Packing was done swiftly and efficiently and the guys were friendly and helpful.

PSS removals were involved in the delivery of my shipment of used household goods from India to Solihull in the West Midlands. Their communications and team undertaking the door to door delivery were brilliant.

Absolutely amazing service, 3 guys appeared, worked non stop wrapping and packing all day, cheerful, friendly, great bunch, came back the following day in 2 vans, bought 3 extra guys and by 11.30 had completely packed our 3 storey house. Even our neighbours were impressed by their speed. Recommend this crew highly.

Shipment took a little longer than expected but that's shipping not the company and we were kept up-to-date effectively. Quote was all inclusive and no surprises. Staff on drop off were fantastic called to advise ETA and super friendly and fast. Email confirmations on delivery date were exceptional service. Very happy with ease and efficiency

Arrived exactly when they said they would. Ricki and Kerr very nice and explained what they would do. Everything went really smoothly they have got this down to a fine art. Hayley in the office also very helpful and answered all our questions.
