The service was excellent and the gentlemen were professional and efficient. They did not waste any time and were quick to complete the task. This is the 4th time we have used PSS and we are very happy with PSS.
Dealing with PSS was a pleasure. Everyone was pleasant, efficient and patient with us their customers. They understood moving abroad was a stressful time for us and tried to help as much as they could. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wishes to relocate abroad.
Lovely movers. They came on time, worked quickly. I sat in the hall as the front door was open and we live on the High Street, and one kindly said to go and sit in the warm, they would deal with everything. Had a bit of a joke with them about my boyfriends CD collection.

I made contact with a few companies in Australia, did my research and reached out to three companies, PSS were one of the three. PSS were attentive, kept in touch during my planning and evaluation of the companies, and always answered any emails in a timely manner ... and consistently answered my calls, never going to voicemail. Their attention to my needs was why I ultimately choose them ... and their competitive pricing.
The removal team in Oz were careful with my belongings, very quick and made me feel very comfortable. They not only took apart larger items but packed and wrapped everything wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble.
The team gave me updates throughout the shipping timings ... and then the UK removal team were equally as courteous, and quick to move all my boxes ... I didn't utilize the UK team to re-build my items as I am storing my belongings so cannot comment on that element.
Would recommend the PSS team – thanks to Sarrah, Issabella and the two removal teams for all their hard work ... and everyone involved.

This is the second time that we have used PSS, which I feel is all you really need to know.
Dave and his team arrived at our flat in Berkshire very much on time, and were very polite and very efficient. Which was the same experience as that which we had had some years previously. It’s good to know that some things don’t change.

I must say what an incredible company this is, from start to finsh the communication was exceptional and the quickness in which everything was done. Took less than 2 weeks to get our stuff shipped form here to the US and they were always on hand to help.

On enquiring about how to go about the removal to Australia Everybody was so very helpful friendly but professional They explained what had to be done, helping with any paperwork that needed doing I can't thank them enough On the day they were coming to wrap and collect the items They rang to let us know when they were coming and took great care making all was done professionally These guys were also wonderful I highly recommend PSS for their help friendliness and professionalism Absolutely Brilliant
This family owned removals business was an answer to my prayers! I have been impressed with everything in my experience with PSS thus far! Amazing customer service started me off... The professional they sent to pack me up was a very hard worker who really knew his craft, and he was friendly and polite and flexible as well. I couldn't be happier so far!
Aaron and Reece did a perfect job on the delivery day. They were careful, respectful and diligent people. However I was charged for £450 for a “long-distance carry” which I was not expected. How it was calculated was not transparent to me. Invoice was sent a day before the delivery and I didn’t have too much time to challenge as I didn’t want the delivery delay. Except for this, everything was good and perfectly done. Thanks
I had a last minute request to send boxes from the UK and US and PSS were able to take the job with such a short turnaround! Charlie helped me throughout the process and was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t looking forward to the paperwork, but I received very detailed step by step instructions. It was easy to follow and much appreciated!

The whole experience has been very smooth, from my first enquiry, Rachel King got back to me within 24 hours with the quote, whenever i called the office either Rachel or her colleague Katie were happy to help and answer all the questions.

Ease of organising and faith in the carrier.
I’ve already left very positive feedback on the packing and removal of our daughter’s effects. These are now hopefully in a container somewhere between Cardiff and Aukland. Eve will hopefully give you feedback when it reaches her.

The shipment of my goods from QLD to Guernsey was carried out very professionally , I hate moving but PSS made it simple everything from start to finish was excecuted to my satisfaction , back in May I was very apprehensive but the original shipper in Murrimba Downs was extremely helpful in information about packing listing etc and providing details of vessel and departure date , made my worries seem less.
Well done to everyone involved , my goods were delivered on time and to my complete satisfaction .

Had a great experience with PSS. It is stressful moving abroad but they made everything simple and easy to understand. They were always at the end of a phone or email to answer questions, however silly they have seemed.

I dealt with Charlie and he explained every step as we went. I was very pleased with the service, very pleasant guys that came to pick up my boxes & make sure they were packed properly, bound for Australia. So far, so good. Recommend.

Having my boxes packed for me. In the past i have done it myself. Friendly staff. Would have preferred hard copies of the forms. Had difficulty opening them then getting to write on them. I had to have them printed. The staff were very patient.

It all worked like clockwork, Efficient and courteous service. The team worked hard to bring everything up to the third floor and take all the debris away.
