Cookie Policy for PSS International Removals
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Kellex Ltd, trading as PSS International Removals (“PSS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.pssremovals.com.
It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, how long they may remain on your device and how you can control your choices.
This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we collect and use personal information.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your browser or device.
They can perform a variety of functions. Some are required for a website or a feature you have requested to work properly. Others help website operators understand how people use their websites, measure advertising or recognise a browser between visits.
Cookies can be:
First-party cookies, which are set from the PSS website or infrastructure operating on our behalf; or
Third-party cookies, which are set or accessed by another organisation providing a service used on the website.
A cookie being described as first party does not necessarily mean that it is essential. Its purpose determines how it is treated.
How PSS uses cookies
We use cookies and related technologies for the following purposes.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for functions such as remembering the cookie choices you have made.
They do not require consent where they are used solely for a purpose that is necessary to provide the website or a service you have requested.
Analytics cookies
With your permission, we use analytics technologies such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website.
This can help us understand matters such as which pages are visited, how visitors navigate through the website and how effectively the site performs.
Analytics cookies use identifiers associated with your browser or device. We do not describe these identifiers as anonymous simply because they do not contain your name or email address.
Under our current configuration, optional Google Analytics cookies are only used after you have allowed Analytics cookies through our cookie controls.
Marketing and advertising cookies
With your permission, we use cookies and related technologies to measure the effectiveness of advertising and understand whether advertising interactions lead to enquiries or other actions on our website.
These technologies can use identifiers associated with your browser to maintain attribution and measurement between visits.
Marketing and advertising cookies are only used where you have allowed this category through our cookie controls.
Cookies used on the PSS website
The main cookies used as part of our current website and measurement setup are shown below.
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Maximum duration |
| _ga | Analytics | Used by Google Analytics to store a pseudonymous browser identifier which helps distinguish visitors and measure how the website is used. | Up to 13 months |
| _ga_* | Analytics | Used by Google Analytics to maintain measurement and session information associated with a browser. | Up to 13 months |
| _gcl_au | Marketing / Advertising | Used in connection with Google advertising and conversion measurement to help attribute website actions to advertising interactions. | Up to 13 months |
| _sbp | Marketing / Advertising | A first-party cookie set through our server-side tagging infrastructure. It stores a randomly generated browser identifier used to maintain continuity of consented analytics and advertising measurement, including where other measurement cookies are restricted or removed by the browser. It does not itself contain your name or email address. | Up to 13 months |
| Cookie preference cookie | Strictly necessary | Remembers the cookie choices you have made so that we can apply those preferences on future visits. | Up to 12 months |
“Up to” means that a cookie may disappear sooner. For example, you may delete it yourself, withdraw your consent or use a browser or device that restricts its lifetime.
We may change the cookies we use as our website and technology develop. When we make a material change, we will update this policy and, where required, ask you to make a new cookie choice.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the PSS website.
Where you have allowed Analytics cookies, Google Analytics can use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to associate website activity with a pseudonymous browser identifier.
We use this information to understand website usage and performance and to improve our website and customer journey.
You can prevent these optional Analytics cookies by rejecting Analytics cookies in our Cookie Settings.
Advertising and conversion measurement
Where you have allowed Marketing cookies, we use advertising measurement technologies to understand the effectiveness of our advertising and whether an advertising interaction results in an enquiry or another relevant action on the PSS website.
The _gcl_au cookie is used in connection with Google advertising and conversion measurement for this purpose.
Marketing and advertising technologies will remain disabled where the relevant consent has not been given.
Server-side tagging and the _sbp cookie
PSS uses server-side tagging as part of its website measurement setup.
This means that some measurement information may pass through tagging infrastructure operated for PSS before being processed by relevant analytics or advertising services.
Server-side tagging does not remove your cookie choices or make an optional tracking technology essential.
Where consent is required, our server-side tagging setup must respect the choices you make through our Cookie Settings.
The first-party _sbp cookie stores a randomly generated browser identifier. It is used to maintain continuity of consented analytics and advertising measurement where other measurement identifiers may be restricted or removed by the browser.
The _sbp value does not itself contain your name or email address. However, because it allows the same browser to be recognised over time, we treat it as a pseudonymous identifier rather than describing it as anonymous.
We classify _sbp as a Marketing / Advertising cookie because its purposes include supporting advertising measurement. We therefore only use it where the relevant Marketing consent has been provided.
If you withdraw Marketing consent, the identifier must no longer be used to maintain or restore advertising tracking for that purpose.
Your cookie choices
When you first visit our website, you can make choices about optional cookies through our cookie banner.
You can:
- accept optional cookies;
- reject optional cookies; or
- choose which optional categories you want to allow.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because they are used for functions necessary to provide the website or remember choices you have made.
Analytics and Marketing cookies are optional.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your mind at any time by reopening Cookie Settings on our website.
Withdrawing consent will apply to future use of the relevant optional technologies. Where appropriate and technically possible, cookies controlled by PSS for the category you have switched off will also be removed or prevented from being used for that purpose.
You can also delete cookies using your browser settings.
Browser controls vary between browsers and devices. Blocking all cookies through your browser may affect functions that depend on cookies being available.
Similar technologies
Cookies are not the only technology that can be used for website measurement.
Websites and digital communications can also use technologies such as tags, pixels, local browser storage or server-side identifiers.
Where these technologies store information on, or access information from, your device for a purpose that requires consent, we apply the same consent principles as we do to cookies.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, tracking technologies, service providers or legal requirements change.
The date at the top of the policy shows when it was last updated.
Where a change materially affects how optional technologies are used, we will seek a new choice where this is required.
