Moving to Australia was daunting but from my initial contact with PSS to them coming to pack up my home was brilliant. The video assessment was so easy and the price quoted was very fair for the door to door transport. I was able to add items to my initial assessment which didn’t cost me much more.
Move Manager Helen, based in Standish, made contact with me and was very reassuring and answered any queries which I had, and I was able to contact her if I wanted any more questions answering.
On the arranged day Rob, Andy and Aaron arrived at exactly 8am, and were so personable. They worked efficiently and got everything that I had marked for going to Australia packed and loaded onto their van in less than 5 hours. They were all sweating when they had finished……brilliant effort. Thanks lads

Efficient, helpful and responsive. Really appreciated the regular updates and communication. The movers were so quick and organised.
When we got to the storage facility the shipping container was already outside the unloading bay ready to be unloaded,once the customs security ties had been removed.The next 3 hours was a flurry of hard work by the"team" as they unloaded for us.All done and neatly packed for us,so,at a later date,we could access all parts of the shipment.Thank You.

I'm relocating permanently from London to Sydney after living in the UK for years, and after viewing several removal companies online, I chose PSS International to reach out. Every stage of the process so far has justified that choice.
From day one, the punctuality and professionalism were consistent. My account manager, Hayley, has been the best I've dealt with in thirty years of work across different industries. She was responsive, followed up without me having to chase, and kept the whole process moving with clear communication at every step.
What set PSS apart for me was Smart Consult, their remote survey technology. Peter carried out my survey and was genuinely impressive: knowledgeable, thorough, and patient while I walked him through everything I wanted shipped to Sydney. He followed up with a detailed report that included several pricing options, a full itemised list with photos, and clear calculations behind each figure. I'm someone who normally shops around and questions every quote, but the transparency of that report made the pricing feel justified rather than just quoted. After my conversations with Hayley and Peter, I didn't want to do this move with anyone else.

The process was quick and efficient, within a week of contacting PSS we have the removal van take our things. Many thanks to Alex and Hayley for handling all the paperwork with us over emails & calls. Wonderful job by the two gentlemen who came to Huntingdon to pack and label our things professionally for international shipment. For the service that we get, the pricing is reasonable.
The communication before the removal was excellent and advice re form filling was great . The guys who came to pick up my ‘stuff’ were very polite and super efficient . They took great care packing everything and no time was wasted . I would 100% use them again !

Was patient in answering the many questions that I had. I was only able to give short notice of my final house sale completion date and the removal date for shipment to Cyprus. Most importantly for me was that they were able to go ahead with only a small deposit until after the actual removal date, when the remainder was paid. Thank you PSS.
We had an excellent experience for our move from Canada to the UK. Our belongings were in their storage for almost a year while we made the transition, and everything was returned to us in a very timely, organized, and professional manner.

Very convenient an efficient service, both office staff and packing&removal crew.
I have to say every interaction with this removal company has been so pleasant. Everyone I have spoken to has gone above and beyond to help and I really feel like I’m dealing with a family owned business. Each telephone interaction has been surprisingly enjoyable for what is such a stressful moment of moving home.
Absolutely first class service would highly recommend them. All the staff i dealt with were great, both on the telephone and the guys who came to collect. Couldn't fault them at all.

Professional, friendly and efficient, this company really knows their business well. They are on time, responsive and just incredibly efficient overall, not to mention patient with me because it is my first time dealing with international movers. They delivered boxes, they sent packing material and tape too! They then picked them up from my residence, sent me windows which this would occur, sent detailed instructions for each step. They deliver door to door which is amazing. I really highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move anywhere. I have already recommended them to friends for moving abroad. From the initial phone call, to enquire about quotes and packing and collection etc, to the moment the 2 men (who came to do the work the next day!) packed all the stuff into a van took less than 24 hours and they were ALL honest, kind, speedy and super professional. I couldn't believe how simple and easy it all was for such a good price!

We have just had our belongings collected by PSS and up until this point our interactions both telephonical and in person have been wonderful, extremely helpful, accomodating and we cannot complain about anything. We have moved internationally 3 times and so far this is the best experience we have ever had.
