What is a destination agent?
A destination agent (agent) is a removals or freight company in the destination country that PSS partners with to handle the local portion of your move — receiving your goods at the destination port, managing customs clearance, arranging last-mile delivery to your new home, and unpacking if required. PSS uses FIDI-accredited agents at all major destinations, which means they operate to the same quality standards as PSS.
