What is collection?
Collection is the process of PSS arriving at your UK address, loading your packed belongings into a removal vehicle, and departing for either the PSS depot or the port. For most international removals, collection follows packing — PSS’s team will pack your belongings over one or more days and then load everything. You or an authorised representative must be present throughout, and you will sign the packing inventory before the team departs.
