What is a custom form?
A custom form/forms are official documents required by the customs authority in the destination country. Most household removal customs documentation includes:
- A packing inventory (detailed list of all items with estimated values)
- A personal customs declaration form
- Proof of residency or visa status
- Proof of UK address
- A copy of your passport
- Destination address confirmation
- For vehicles: V5C, proof of ownership, insurance documentation
