What is the destination address?
The destination address is the full postal address of the property to which your goods will be delivered at your new overseas location. Key points:
- It must be a full, specific address — not a PO Box
- Changes to the destination address after shipping must be communicated to PSS immediately
- For difficult access locations, advise PSS in advance so the agent can plan delivery logistics
- If you do not yet have a confirmed destination address, storage at the destination depot can be arranged — but this incurs additional charges

PSS Tip: If you do not yet have a confirmed overseas address before your goods depart, let your PSS Move Manager know as early as possible. Storage at the destination can be arranged, but it is better to have a confirmed address before your shipment sails.
