What is dispute resolution?
Otherwise known as, Independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Dispute resolution is the formal process for resolving disputes between customers and removal companies without going to court. All BAR member companies are required to offer customers access to an independent ADR service if a complaint cannot be resolved directly. The BAR’s ADR service is free to customers, available when the customer and the company cannot resolve the dispute directly, and results in a decision that is binding on the removal company.
