What is a door-to-door service?
A door-to-door service is a complete removal or shipping service in which the company collects goods from your origin address and delivers them to your destination address, handling all intermediate stages, including sea or air freight, customs clearance, and final delivery. This is the standard service offered by PSS for both international removals and box-and-baggage shipping.

PSS Tip: Always confirm whether you are getting a true door-to-door service or a door-to-port service. With door-to-port, you are responsible for customs clearance and onward delivery at the destination, which can be complex and costly in an unfamiliar country.
