What is floor protector?
Protective material is laid over floors at both the collection and delivery addresses to prevent scratches and damage caused by the movement of heavy furniture. PSS may use:
- Corrugated cardboard runners — laid along the main movement routes
- Adhesive floor protection film — for hard floors in kitchens and hallways
- Protective blankets — laid over carpets in areas where heavy items are being assembled
