A company that organises the shipment of goods on behalf of customers by booking space with carriers and coordinating all logistics, documentation, and customs procedures. In international removals, PSS acts as a freight forwarder: booking container space on major shipping lines; preparing all shipping documentation; arranging customs clearance through destination agents; and coordinating last-mile delivery through the FIDI agent network.
