What is a move manager?
A dedicated PSS staff member, specially trained in international removals and shipping, assigned to your move who serves as your single point of contact throughout the entire process — from initial survey through to delivery at your new home. Your Move Manager coordinates the packing team, oversees documentation, liaises with the destination agent, and is available to answer your questions at any stage.

PSS Tip: Your Move Manager’s contact details are provided when you confirm your booking. Keep their number and email accessible, together with your PSS reference number, throughout your move. They are the first person to contact if you have any questions or concerns at any stage
