What is a packing service?
A packing service is the professional packing of all items in a customer’s home by PSS’s trained packing team, using export-grade materials. The packing service includes:
- A trained team of packers arrives at your home on the agreed packing day
- All items in scope are professionally wrapped, packed, and loaded into appropriate cartons
- Furniture is dismantled where appropriate and blanket-wrapped
- A detailed packing inventory is produced
- All cartons are clearly labelled with contents and destination room
- All items are bar-coded, and the total volume is calculated

PSS Tip: Items packed by PSS’s professional team are covered under shipment protection for breakage. Items you pack yourself (PBO) may not be. For a long-haul international move, professional packing is strongly recommended.
