What is a surveyor?
A surveyor or an estimator is a trained PSS professional who visits your home (or conducts a video survey) to assess the volume of your belongings, identify items needing specialist handling, check access for the removal vehicle, and produce the information needed to provide an accurate confirmed quotation. They are often called an Estimator. PSS surveyors are highly experienced professionals in international removals and shipping, so will be able to provide advice and answer all your questions.

PSS Tip: Be completely open with your PSS surveyor. Show them everything — the loft, the garage, under the stairs, items in storage elsewhere. Anything not seen at the survey may generate additional charges on moving day.
