What are terms and conditions?
Terms and conditions are the formal contractual document that sets out the rights and obligations of both PSS and the customer in connection with the removal service. PSS’s Terms and Conditions cover: the scope of the service; pricing and payment terms; the customer’s obligations; PSS’s liability for loss or damage; claims procedures and time limits; cancellation and postponement terms; storage terms; and dispute resolution procedures.
