Permanent Executive/Team Coordinator role based in Sydney CBD

Your new company
This global investment management firm based in Sydney CBD servicing individuals, financial advisor and institutions is seeking an Executive Assistant/Team Coordinator. Operating for over 40 years, they have developed into a market leading firm with a strong reputation for providing quality client service.

Your new role
As Executive Assistant/Team Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative matters within the team. Your main duties will include coordinating and scheduling client meetings, travel bookings and arrangements, expense reporting and processing reimbursements and maintenance of the team calender. Additionally, you will assist with legal and compliance duties including the gift log, coordination of board meetings and reports and upkeep of legal and regulatory records.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant you will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual able to manage conflicting priorities and tasks. You will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and proven ability to work with senior legal and/or accounting practitioners.
